Edenbrook Conservation Area

Located in the very Northwestern corner of Eden Prairie is the Edenbrook Conservation Area which is the central feature of the area.  Edenbrook has trails around the entire wetland and several new nature trails and observation points.

Many neighborhood homes border the wooded perimeter of the wetland and have the privilege of easy access to the trails.  Even if a home isn't bordering the wetland, all neighborhoods have mature tree growth and are near other parks in the area.  Many of these other parks have baseball diamonds, playgrounds, and tennis courts.  One of them is Windham Knoll Park, and the other Rustic Hills Park.

Homes for sale in this area of Eden Prairie vary quite a bit from being in established areas, to more recently constructed neighborhoods.  Depending on when they were constructed, the homes generally have a differing style.  The prices tend to fluctuate quite a bit depending on the home and the landscaping around it which can range from none to very heavy work.
